Community Circles

In this stand-alone gathering, we come together to practice being witness to both our own grief as well as the grief of others. The session offers an intimate, safe container for emotions to be felt, expressed, shared and healed in the presence of community. Participants are invited to come as they are, regardless of their type of loss and how much time has passed.

6-Week Journey

The Mindful Grieving 6-Week Journey is a powerful introduction to this somatic-based approach to grieving in the collective. This series offers a space to delve deeper into our own experience and evolution as well as the opportunity to build comfort and connection with the same group of people over time. In each weekly 2-hour session, we start with the same components as the community circle format, with a supplemental movement and yoga portion to drop into our bodies after the group sharing.

6-Month / 9-Month Journey

The full Mindful Grieving Journey follows an evolutionary progression across 6 or 9 months. Participants are guided through a process of self-inquiry to not only move through their grief but to also experience greater clarity and understanding of their purpose and life path. Going through a loss can often cause one to question or even redefine their identity. This can be a confusing and scary place to be — but through the support of a community rooted in love, presence, and non-judgment, participants are guided to discover new parts of themselves and grow — not in spite of their grief, but because of it.
