Welcoming new life into the world is all kinds of things: exciting, daunting, miraculous…to me, it was a vulnerable, deeply profound experience. Words don’t do justice the gratitude my family—and I personally—feel for how Elena showed up for us before, during, and after the birth of our first child. 

Elena is a compassionate, lovely, responsive, strong, generous, flexible, and deeply intuitive and intelligent soul. A balance of professionalism and warmth, she helped my husband and me prepare for the birth process through conversations and practices that were invaluable, and when the morning came for our sweet baby boy to be born, Elena’s presence and care was downright transformative. 

I had an extremely positive birth experience and credit a large part of that to Elena's care. I was able to relax into her healing touch to the point that I actually dozed in-between contractions. If you’ve had a baby, or have an inkling of what it is to go through an unmedicated labor you’ll appreciate just how significant that is! She was encouraging, soothing, and wholly present—flowing with the moment, intuiting needs, and providing support without ever overwhelming the space. Thanks to Elena, my husband and I experienced the birth of our child with greater calm, presence, ease, and connection—an immeasurable gift to our family.
